Camp Accommodation

Camp Accommodation

The Forest Camp has a large number of accommodation areas with four kitchens/dining lounges and a large recreation hall. The drive to camp will be approximately 1½ – 2 hours and we will probably consider leaving early after lunch. A meeting place for those arriving in Christchurch in the morning from out-of-town will be arranged and transport organised to the camp site.

There will be one major difference to camp this year from previous camps as we have decided to offer places at camp to adults who want to learn more about exhibiting and who are starting out on their exhibiting journey. Adults will be able to stay the entire week or come on a day basis.

Costs for the 2015 camp are:
18 years and under – $250.00
Adults – $280.00
Adults 3 nights or less – $55.00 per night
Day visitors – $25.00 per day

Expressions of interest would be appreciated by 30 November as numbers will be limited. Completed registration forms with a $100 deposit are due by 10 February 2015. Pay in full by 31 December and receive a 10% early bird discount.

Payments by cheque should made out to “PYC Stamp Camp” or payment by internet banking to PYC Stamp Camp account # 02 0466 0187604 002. Please include name as a reference.
