Jenny Long, currently secretary of the NZ Postcard Society, has made many contributions to the hobbies of philately and deltiology over many years. She has an outstanding record of service in often ‘behind the scenes’ activities such as bin room manager, secretary to the jury, other administration and accounting support, catering, etc for philatelic exhibitions and postcard conventions. She still has had time to support her husband, daughter and grandson in their exhibiting endeavours and is exhibiting now in her right.Jenny was presented with her award by Karen Jeffrey, South Island Federation delegate at the July postcard meeting of the Christchurch Philatelic Society |
